Is the Bridal Reset a cleanse? 

Yes, the Bridal Reset is a 5-day cleanse that is specially-designed to meet the unique needs of the bride-to-be. It has all the amazing benefits of a traditional cleanse but takes it even further, targeting all the pillars of health and beauty specific to the upcoming bride and her wedding day.

The Bridal Reset can also be modified and used as a nutrient support system, tailored for the bride who just wants to be healthier while not necessarily cleansing or trying to lose weight.

Can I eat regular food while I do the Bridal Reset?

If your primary goal is to shed some weight before the big day, then we recommend sticking as close to the drinks as possible and only eating cleanse-approved solid foods like raw fruits and vegetables. You can also enjoy plain, steamed vegetables and/or baked potatoes at dinner, if you feel you need something more substantial.

Do I drink the flavors in a specific order?

For best results, our nutritionist recommends always starting your morning with a green juice to crush cravings. Drink the rest of the bottles of juice in any order you like. If you are not doing a traditional cleanse and/or plan to have something more substantial for dinner, save the De-bloat shot to have 10 minutes before dinner to ease digestion. Save the more calorie-dense Hair Glow smoothie for later in the day, ideally as a sweet dessert. Make sure to only drink the Beauty Sleep shot before bed, as it WILL make you sleepy.

Are the ingredients in Bridal Reset flavors all natural?

YES. All Raw Generation products are made with ingredients that are 100% clean and non-GMO.

We never heat pasteurize or high-pressure process our juices and smoothies to ensure amazing taste and natural preservation of all vitamins, minerals, and enzymes.

We never use added sugars, artificial sweeteners, preservatives, dyes, gluten, soy, or any other problematic ingredients. This is our promise to you. 

How long before my wedding do I do the Bridal Reset?

For fast results and immediate “wedding-ready” results, do the Bridal Reset in the days leading right up to your wedding day. Plan to end the cleanse with your Rehearsal Dinner, which will leave you with a juice or 2 leftover to enjoy the morning of your wedding while you are getting ready!

Make sure to have the de-Bloat shot before your rehearsal dinner meal and the Beauty Sleep shot the night before your big day so that you wake up feeling well-rested and extra beautiful.

** For best and more long-term results, we recommend doing the Bridal Reset multiple times in the months prior to your wedding.

One 5-day reset per month is a perfect way to detox and maintain weight loss OR simply use the flavors to give yourself nutritional support all throughout your journey as you need it (rather than doing traditional cleansing). This wellness boost will have you feeling your best as you walk down the aisle.
