I've been a Certified Holistic Health Coach since 2012, and I co-founded Raw Generation because I believe real nutrition shouldn't require a degree to figure out. After losing both of my grandparents and watching the people I loved struggle with preventable health issues, I knew something had to change. I started educating myself obsessively, enrolled at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and ultimately built a company with my dad around one idea: make the power of raw, plant-based nutrition actually convenient.
My own journey wasn't straightforward either. I spent over a decade struggling with my weight before realizing I didn't need another diet. I just needed to understand how to nourish my body with real food. Restrictive diets can work in the short term, but they often leave people frustrated and right back where they started. My focus has always been on creating habits that are realistic, flexible, and built to last, not perfection, just progress.
That's the philosophy behind everything we make at Raw Generation. If I wouldn't use an ingredient in my own home, it doesn't go into our products. Period.

When is the best time of day to take a wellness shot?
Most of our customers enjoy their wellness shots first thing in the morning to start their day, but they can be taken at any time. Some customers prefer them as a mid-afternoon pick-me-up. There's no wrong time, just find what works best for your routine. The one exception here is the Sleep Boost shot, which we recommend taking 30 minutes prior to bedtime.
Can I take more than one wellness shot per day?
Yes! Our wellness shots are made from 100% whole-food ingredients with no artificial additives. While one shot per day is a great starting point, you can enjoy more than one if you'd like. Listen to your body and adjust based on what feels right for you.
Are the wellness shots safe to take on an empty stomach?
Most people enjoy our wellness shots on an empty stomach without any issues. However, some of our more concentrated shots contain strong ingredients that may be intense on a sensitive stomach. If you're unsure, try taking your shot alongside a light snack and see how your body responds.
Are these shots suitable for children or those with sensitive stomachs?
Our wellness shots are formulated for adults and contain concentrated, potent ingredients. While they're made from 100% whole-food ingredients, they may be too intense for young children or those with very sensitive stomachs. For kids, we recommend our Little Sippers™ line, which is nutritionist-formulated specifically for children. If you have specific health concerns, please consult with your healthcare provider.
