Day 1-2
Preparation is key. If you've followed the prep guidelines in your Cleanse Guide (reducing processed foods, caffeine, and dairy in the days before), the first couple of days will be much smoother. You might feel hungry or experience mild headaches as your body adjusts to a change in diet. This is normal. Stay hydrated with water and herbal teas, and eat from the cleanse-approved foods list whenever you need to. Remember, you CAN eat on this cleanse.

By day three, most people find their groove. Hunger tends to decrease as your body adjusts, and many customers report that their cravings for processed and sugary foods start fading. While anyone can do a 7-day cleanse, we generally recommend it for customers who've already completed a shorter cleanse (3 or 5 days) and feel confident committing to a full week. If this is your first cleanse, starting with a 3-day option lets you experience the process before extending to a longer duration.
Yes! In addition to your 6 daily juices, we recommend drinking plenty of water throughout the day, ideally one glass between every bottle of juice. You can also enjoy black coffee or coffee with a low-fat plant milk like oat milk (sweetened with honey if desired), and herbal teas. Avoid sugary drinks, alcohol, and sodas during your cleanse.
Both follow the same daily structure and include a complete cleanse guide. The difference is duration. A 7-day cleanse is a comprehensive reset that works well for experienced cleansers. A 10-day cleanse is our most extended option, designed for those who are fully committed and want the most thorough cleansing experience we offer. If you're considering 10 days, we recommend successfully completing a 7-day cleanse first.
